I took alu (potato) pani puri as parcel the potato was smelling like hell, my entire kitchen was smelling coz of it, I opened the pack as soon as I went home and it was literally the worst thing. How can a “brand” sell such items? What if we had consumed, it will be a case of food poisoning coz of ur negligence.

Also for 4 plate of panipuri they provide very less portion of water or anything.

The place is just over hyped , I thought they tKe the price for quality but I was wrong ….

I have been a customer since 2019 with a hope that they will improve on points mentioned below, but disappointingly there is no awareness and improvement. 1- Lack taste (compared to other Ganesh Bhel outlets). 2- Lack of communication and costumer interaction (Guy who sits on the counter doesn't respond and looks uninterested. Does not speak marathi). 3- Lack of space. 4- Lack of cleaning of flooring in front of the store.

Terrible outlet..ordered bombay bhelpuri from them...they added bhadang instead of murmura..who does that??..there was not even one percent taste of bombay bhelpuri..if u cant make something dont put it on your menu..why cheat people??..along with this third class third grade taste additionally they took like 40 minutes to deliver it to my place which is hardly 3 or 4km from the outlet..never ever will i...
