We travelled from Talegaon to Mumbai on Saturday 25th May and visited Shree Datta at the Grand Mall. We paid for 2 plates kothimbir wadi for take away. However when we opened the parcel at home there was only 1 plate in the bag. We really felt cheated but couldnt do anything about it. Today again my grand parents travelled from Mumbai to Pune and stopped at Shree Datta after the Talegaon toll for breakfast. My granny happened to mention about our experience on Saturday to an employee named Rajesh here. To my moms utter surprise, he listened patiently and offered to serve one plate of kothimbirwadi which was given less on Saturday at the Grand Mall outlet. He was very helpful and got fresh kothimbirwadi made and gave my mother. He didnt even ask for receipt for the take away that we ordered on 25th. Thank you so much Rajesh for this gesture. Such belief in customer verbatim is very rare in todays money minded world. Keep up the good work. Our family is a loyal patron of Shree Datta since years. Three generations of us are fans of the food. And now we are fans of the customer centric attitude too.... Its employees like Rajesh who take the establishment to a different altitude altogether....

We ordered few items out of which they gave an incorrect item for which we asked to review and change, they were speaking so rudely and started shouting madly that it's our mistake we didn't check the order.. we don't have sense etc etc. We got upset and asked to cancel the order and refund.. so the employee named Pravin said we have lots of business one or two doesn't matter. Great to know of the attitude this restaurant chain holds. Definitely will never...
Read moreCheapest and WORSE outlet in this entire plaza. We ordered Vada Pav, and guess what, they gave us a cold vada and cold pav separately, with no chutney/masala etc. When I asked what should I do with it, they told me that they don't make it, customers themselves have to make it. I asked for a knife to cut the pav, to keep vada inside it, but they told that customers themselves are supposed to bring the knife whoever wants to eat vada-pav. Over and above that, their serving counter itself is very unhygienic, and the people serving it are extremely...
