Pathetic service. The staff didn't take any interest in the incoming guests and blatantly guided to the AC restaurant upstairs when a few tables were almost ready to be served. The management was pathetic. We had to ask and follow up for basic stuff like spoons/forks, tissue papers, table cleanup, etc explicitly when it should be spontaneously provided.

To top it all, we found a larva-like insect in rice!! Yeeks. We had to demand for replacement and the staff took its own sweet time to replace it. No apology was expressed even after mentioning it explicitly; forget about any discounts.

FLY GRILLED WITH SANDWHICH with No paneer in paneer sandwhich -Worst Experience

We ordered 2 sandwiches for parcel worth Rs 400 ( one paneer sandwich and veg chesse grill sandwich ).When we opened the packet, we found that only 2 slices of bread with one slice for of tomato and cucumber and minimum butter WITH ONE FLY GRILLED with bread. They should have denied us if they dont know how to make basic things like sandwhich.

Staff was polite but nothing matters if they cant maintain food quality and basic hygiene being in food and hospitality business.

Service is too bad. After 45 mins our masala dosa served after lots of follow-ups, which is a simple dish. Looks like they have small kitchen and only 2 people staff in kitchen, when we went there still 3 tables are vacant but still they are not able to manage it properly.

2nd point- They charged us money for coffee we corrected it with Tea expense, so don't pay bill blindly here. Food is okay but experience not good here. I can see other people also put same comment for Service in review section. If you have 1 hr for Breakfast...
