Sinhagad food court — Restaurant in Maharashtra

Food quality is ok but they have Very bad service. I asked the women at the cash counter where to order food, she asked us to sit at the table and someone would come to take orders. We had to wait 5-10 minutes before anyone even noticed us. At some point the cook from the stall behind the food counter came and took our order. After ordering the pav bhaji 2 qty, they served others first (other people arrived and ordered after placing my order) and took 20 minutes to serve incomplete order. They took another 15 minutes to complete the order. I had to get up from my table and stand in front of the stall so they would notice and complete the order. I even got the water bottle from the shelf by myself! At this point the hotel should put up a self service board so they could concentrate on food...

The waiters, though warm and friendly, are not only inattentive, forgetful, and slow but they also place wrong orders. Extremely pathetic service. The lady sitting at the cash counter is also VERY DUMB. They all just keep running around, but none are prompt in their service towards actual customers. A family sitting next to us was complaining about the same.

The food is very good, but that isn't enough. You get good food at other places as well.

Uncomfortable, suffocating and chaotic environment. It was feeling very hot and humid inside the hotel so we decided to dine near the fan and our eyes started feeling the strong essence of chopped onions. Me and a friend of mine decided not to eat there, we made the best decision of having biryani nearby at Nikhara Biryani. But our remaining three friends decided to sit there only and they said that they added extra ₹5 more than the MRP of the packaged Jeera Soda and they added unnecessary extra charges of ₹10 for no reason, which ended up in an argument with the staff.
