The Starbucks outlet at Igatpuri, located on the Mumbai–Nashik Highway, is one of those rare highway stops that feels less like a quick coffee break and more like a refreshing pause in your journey, blending the comfort of an international café brand with the natural beauty of Igatpuri’s hills. The store itself is inviting, with clean interiors, warm wooden décor, large glass windows that frame the surrounding greenery, and the soothing aroma of fresh coffee that instantly relaxes travelers coming off a long drive. The menu is familiar yet satisfying—classic lattes, cappuccinos, Americanos, indulgent frappuccinos, and fresh pastries and sandwiches, all prepared to the consistent Starbucks standard. But what truly sets this outlet apart is the service, and in particular, the exceptional hospitality of Mr. Bhavesh Shelar, who is undoubtedly the best staff member I have encountered at any Starbucks. From the very first greeting, Bhavesh makes customers feel welcome with his genuine smile, attentiveness, and ability to suggest drinks or food items tailored to individual tastes, making the experience far more personal than one would expect from a global chain. Even during peak hours, he handles orders calmly and ensures that no guest feels rushed or ignored, while in quieter moments he takes the time to engage with customers, adding warmth and connection to the visit. Clean restrooms, reliable WiFi, ample parking, and convenient payment options add to the practicality of stopping here, but what makes this café truly memorable is the human touch that Bhavesh brings to every interaction. For me, Starbucks Igatpuri will always stand out not just for its scenic location and good coffee, but because of Bhavesh’s professionalism, kindness, and hospitality, which make him the heart and soul of...

I recently visited the Starbucks outlet in Food Hills Food Court, Igatpuri, and enjoyed a delightful experience.
Food and Beverage Review We tried the Chili Paneer Sandwich, which was savory and satisfying, paired perfectly with the rich and smooth Iced Flat White. The taste was consistent with Starbucks' high standards.
Ambiance What truly made our experience stand out was the beautiful atmosphere of Food Hills Food Court. It's undoubtedly one of the prettiest food courts in Maharashtra, providing a lovely backdrop for our coffee break.
Verdict While the food and beverages were up to Starbucks' usual standards, the real highlight was the lovely ambiance of Food Hills Food Court. If you're in Igatpuri, this Starbucks outlet is definitely worth visiting.

Read moreThe Starbucks coffee drinks cost a good deal of money. So when I pay for a coffee drink. I expect to get coffee, not a milkshake. But there are milkshakes hidden in the Frappuccino menu. If it is for kids. It should be labeled "kids drinks" or "milkshakes." That is just really disappointing. I ordered a Strawberry Creme Frappuccino, thinking that it was like the Strawberry funnel Cake Frappuccino, which was really good and had coffee in it. But they stopped selling that and instead there was just this disappointing strawberry milkshake that I ended up with.
Why isn't there any variety in the Frappuccinos? Why is it mostly all milkshakes?? I'm sick of constantly ordering Caramel Frappuccinos because there's no variety. And then I try something new and it ends up not even having any coffee in it. I understand Starbucks is not creative. But I wish they would at least labels things right so that people...
