Before starting to write this review I would like to state that the customer service this restaurant provides is truly amazing. The waiters do not stop to show their interest in their job and continue to work their long hours with an everlasting smile on their faces. Not only was this service s-class, their prices are very reasonable considering that their food tastes splendid. Captain Kareem, the waiter who served us was an easy-going person and when we had our doubts as to whether or not the fish we were taking would be too large he did not hesitate to head inside the kitchen to get the fish out and show us first-hand what we were going to eat. They brought our food swiftly and were more than happy to assist us in any of our needs. I had an extremely disappointing experience at this restaurant. To begin with, the food quality was terrible — the fish was clearly not fresh and tasted off. The chicken dish we ordered was overcooked to the point where it was dry and almost inedible.

The service only made things worse. It was painfully slow, and the staff seemed disinterested and inattentive throughout our meal. Even after multiple reminders, basic requests took forever to be fulfilled.

As for the vegetarian options, the paneer masala was a complete letdown. You could literally count the number of paneer pieces on your fingers — it felt like they were cutting corners at every opportunity.

Overall, this was one of the worst dining experiences I've had in a long time. Poor food quality, terrible service, and an overall lack of value for money. Definitely would not recommend this...
