ENGLISH: I have been recently a regular customer of this Branch near Bhekrainagar Jakat Naka Bus Depot on Pune Saswad Road, Ahead of Hadapsar. The staff was earlier good. Recently they have hired Female staff and My Experience was Not Great at All When I asked the lady about the meat used in the Mutton Biryani I ordered was of Goat or Bolhai (Sheep) - She Directly asked me whether I believe in Buddha or Not seeing my Mobile Cover with Buddha print on it. When I said a Yes I beleive in Buddha she Bluntly Stated: " THEN HOW DOES IT MATTER IF YOUR EATING GOAT OR BOLHAI( SHEEP) and then started giving me explanation of Khandoba and so on...
I felt very weird and UNPROFESSIONAL about this experience. My simple question was what meat was used - it could have been answered and ended the topic, instead I was judged on my mobile cover.
The Mutton Biryani was not worth the taste and I had to leave in between of the food!
People nowadays are bringing religion into everything!! Where is the customer service!!? Proper training should be given to such Bluntly speaking staff.
I also expressed my inconvenient experience at the billing counter to two male attendants, they instead of listening to me properly, started taking the lady staff side and explaining to me that she was a great devotee of Khandoba and so on!! ..and this put me in the Spot, making me think whether it was worth even giving a Feedback here in this situation!! Really not Acceptable!
I am a regular customer of Surves, but this experience DISAPPOINTED ME! As hospitality also plays an important role, even if a hotel / restaurant has good ambience and food but the Most important is the treatment of a customer, which is IMPORTANT and ofcourse we pay for the food not to get judged or treated this way!!
Please Train your staff speech, on a Serious Note! Thanks 🙏🏼

"An absolute delight for non-veg lovers! This restaurant offers a perfect blend of flavors and freshness in every dish. From tender, juicy kebabs to perfectly spiced curries, every bite feels like a celebration of culinary artistry. The ambiance is warm and inviting, and the staff is attentive and courteous.
The signature dishes are a must-try, especially the (insert specific dish like 'butter chicken' or 'mutton biryani'), which is rich, flavorful, and cooked to perfection. Their seafood options are equally commendable, with fresh, aromatic preparations that stand out.
Portion sizes are generous, and the pricing is reasonable for the quality and taste offered. Whether you're here for a quick lunch or a leisurely dinner, this place is guaranteed to leave you craving more. Highly recommend for anyone who loves authentic and mouth-watering non-vegetarian cuisine!"

Read moreMy new favorite Indian place in the area by a wide margin. I'm still a fan some dishes elsewhere (best Mutton Kharda: Mutton Kheema, best Naan: Mutton Pulao, Dalcha), but overall, this place blows the other guys away. All of the Mutton entrees I've tried have been outstanding, including Mutton masala, kheema, and kharda. The roasted mutton appetizer with onions and peppers (can't recall the name) was amazing. Can't comment on the service or atmosphere, as all but one of my experiences have been take-out, but everyone seems quite friendly, and they have done a good job with the space (which was all that great to begin with). I would probably award 5+ stars I also got the mutton soup once because I had a cold and needed a backup in case I couldn't stomach the normal fare that the rest of my family wanted. I suppose it's what you get for ordering mutton soup at an...
