Extremely Disappointed with Repeated Negligence

I’ve ordered from this restaurant multiple times, but their service has become consistently disappointing. I ordered two paranthas and, as usual, they sent a tiny portion of raita - barely enough for even one parantha.

This time, I called them directly to repeat my instructions and they agreed to send sufficient raita and salad, but still didn’t follow through. They used to include salad earlier, but have now completely stopped.

What’s worse is that this has happened multiple times, even when I clearly mentioned my request in the Zomato order notes every single time.

For a place that charges premium prices, their lack of attention to simple customer instructions and declining food accompaniments is unacceptable. Won’t be ordering again until they fix this...

I was not expecting I'll have a such good experience in this restaurant. Food quality was so so so good . Not just that but I really appreciate the service they have given to us. One of the best fine dine vegetarian restaurants I have been to. They have a wide menu with Chefs favourites, that are mostly good. There are a lot of other good vegetarian restaurants in the town but the one thing that sets this place apart is the hospitality. The staff always greets you with a smile and makes you feel welcome.
