Mornings + evenings: Terrazzo is the buffet place at Hilton Shillim. Two areas - inside and few tables outside. For breakfast, there is the usual spread of south indian food, breads, live counters. The spread is decent with soups, salads, indian & south east asian mains and then the selection of desserts for dinner. The food quality is really good. While the staff is helpful, in the huge rush, the items ordered from live counters or from kitchen takes time. Not only us, but we could see others also facing the same issue.

One also has the option to select a-la-carte but my suggestion would be to go with the buffet as the difference is not huge. Overall, good food...

Bad bad bad, in fact the worst service ever. Even a local 2 star hotel will provide better. Worst food. No taste, most food uncooked. No variety or options in selection. Buffet had the lowest spread. The lowest spread across any 5 stars ever. Not many restaurants selection at the property. We were here for three nights, had to eat at Terrazzo for 4 meals, and we starved our entire stay. Firstly just getting the menu would take an hour, after you asked for it 10 times. Basically no one ever cared you entered the premise. This is one of the restaurants within Hilton Shillim resort near Lonavala, and this is the only restaurant that's open currently, due to unlock guidelines. The entire staff is very courteous and helpful. They recommend good options from the menu and are accomodating enough to add something that's not on the limited menu currently.
