The people who are managing the property are unprofessionals who really dont have any clue whats happening with their business. I had booked the place through a travel company and the hotel first confirmed my booking after making the full payment in advance and upon reaching the property the hotel managers denied me checking inn. It was 12.00 noon hot sun outside when I reached their hotel which is located on the highway so no transport is available. Even Ola and Uber dont offer servuce in that area. With all luggage i had walk away and look for a new place to book. It was sunny hot ibhad luggage and I had travelled all the way from Gujarat to Pune by road. Its the month of September and there was a possibility of rain as well and no vehicle stops on the highway so no possible local transport. I have never had such a drastic experience all my life. After reaching my new hotel i called my travel company through which i booked the place they refunded my all my money told me unless the hotel confirms we dont accept payments from customers. The company called the hotel asking the reason for denying the checkinn they said they want to update the rates. Im sure they shouldn't have acvepted bookings when they were unsure of the fares. Also that they have accepted the booking they could have told me the amount they are expecting. It is their duty to make sure I get to stay. Instead they just told me there are se rate issues and I should call the company through which I booked their place. Worst hospitality ive ever seen. They are an example of how a hotel should never function. Hotel Om Inn is a Disgrace on the hotel industry. If you want to be treated...
