The service was just as bad. The staff seemed disinterested and unprofessional. We waited far too long to be served, and when we asked about the delay, the server gave us an attitude instead of offering an apology. It was clear they didn’t care about our experience.

As for the washroom, it was filthy. It was clear that the bathroom hadn't been cleaned in a while — there was a horrible smell, trash on the floor, and soap was running out. It was truly disgusting and made the whole place feel unkempt.

Lastly, I must admit that our behavior wasn’t perfect either. We were frustrated with the experience, but that’s no excuse to act rude. However, the way the staff treated us didn't help the situation at all — they didn’t make us feel welcome or comfortable at any point during our visit.
