Imagine the setting- A pristine, idyllic, serene farm in Nasik upcountry, untouched by tourists (reaching this place itself is bit of an adventure :)) As you reach- you see an absolutely simple, rustic yet charming place A very young chap welcomes you smilingly. He is wearing an apron- so you think he works in the kitchen, but also wonder where are the waiters/other staff? Turns out- Ashish, the 25yr old guy, is the Owner & Head Chef of this place! He guides you to your table, makes you feel comfortable, even invites you to explore the place while he readies the meal. What follows is an 8 course surprise! Every dish seems as exotic as it gets, is bursting with flavors, largely made with local ingredients which the owner grows in this very kitchen garden. I didnt know food can taste so good with so little spices! What's more-- Ashish explains every dish in detail while serving it to you personally :) What an experience! A must must visit if you are travelling to this place. Do book it in advance (they have very limited seating capacity and tends to get blocked a week in advance)

Absolutely superb experience, very exclusive (only 8 seats available for each meal!). You get a series of dishes, each presented beautifully and explained by to you in person by the Chef and owner (Ashish). Each dish is unique, with multiple layers of tastes! The location is very beautiful, in the midst of Nature. Veg and non-veg tasting menus are both available. You'll need to book in advance on the web site (no walk-ins).

Location is unbeatable far away from the bustle of Nashik. A polythene shed and humble chef Ashish means that the place is as "real" as it comes. Nestled behind a hillock with a gradient where his farm is located, leading into a reservoir a mile away.

The degustation menu was a mis and match, but still very impressive. Some combinations were off, but the food quality was overall very impressive. The betki fish was unlike a normal curry- full of flavour and not masking the fish texture. The Pod Kolam (Srilankan) was an inspired choice and the broken-rice Puli rice was a revelation.

I would definitely be coming back here. Highly...
