Worth it… Good place for Lunch or Dinner while going to Konkan from Pune side or returning from Konkan to Pune.

Food (Quality, Quantity, Pricing, Taste) - 5/5 They serve only Thalis having options as Veg Thali, Chicken Thali and Egg Thali. The thali menu is fixed and has limited items in it but it is more than sufficient for an individual. We ordered 5 Veg Thalis. The thali menu was having 3 Chapati/2 roti, Akkha Masoor, Paneer Tikka, Daal/Varan, Rice, Papad, Pickle and Salad. They don’t serve any sweets with Thali. Quality of the thali menu was good and quantity was also sufficient for one. The taste was really nice as it was freshly cooked with nice mixture of fresh masala’s. Pricing is on average side where Veg Thali costs 220 Rs per thali and Chicken Thali Costs 240 Rs per thali.

Service - 5/5 The service was good and prompt. The staff were polite and courteous.

We recently visited The Spice Kitchen at Mangaon and were thoroughly impressed! The Kolhapuri Chicken Thali was a standout, featuring an authentic Kolhapuri taste that was simply divine. The chicken was delicate and tasty, with none of the oiliness you might expect. It was a perfect balance of flavors and spice.

Additionally, the Chicken Biryani was unparalleled. The flavors were rich and well-balanced, making it a memorable dish that we can't stop raving about.

It's very good restaurant on Mangoan pune road. They serve thalis only. We were returning from diveagar towards Mumbai, and googled for best restaurant in Mangoan, google suggested us this one with highest rating of 4.9 out of 5 among all options. It's around 2km off the road for Mumbai but still we went ahead and visited. And out visit was worth. The food is very tasty and homely. The owner and the staff is very cooperative and friendly. The rates are very reasonable compared to the food quality and quantity. A must visit restaurant in Mangoan if anyone looking for lunch/dinner break...
