Would 100% not recommend. Great concept of dining in the sky but would suggest waiting for a more competent player to start something like this. Management is all over the place and there is no ownership or responsibility for mismanagement. We booked a 6-7 slot to enjoy the sunset and more than as per their requirements reached lonavala by 4. The rig was on the ground till 6:30 and when we asked their onsite manager how long is it expected, her response and I quote was “cant you see we are trying”. Not what you would expect from someone charging a premium for a service. At the end of the experience on our insistence to escalate we were promised some form of compensation which seemed fair but which is yet to be communicated to us and Emails to their help ID are conveniently ignored (for context inquiries for booking are responded to in under 10 minutes). All in all great concept but our birthday celebrations were ruined by the staff’s nonchalance more than their ineptitude and gross mismanagement. Looking forward to a more competent group taking up such an experience before...

I came in for a b'day surprise by my partner and it was the sweetest✨. The stars go for the concept , the setup, the staff and the fruit punch. But at the end of the day , the whole experience is for a good time and good food and good food is where you can count them out.

The meal is well planned and is taken to the height, while the food is microwaved at top it can easily cool down in seconds due to the weather up there. While that's understandable, its the quality of the food that is appalling. While the brownie dessert and mocktail were on point , rest all were a disappointment. Honey chilli potato was just french fries with random Chinese gravy base. Main course rice was so bland and the paneer curry also lacked any flavour. The whole experience was wonderful with cake cutting at top and all. I really appreciate the staff too , but at the end of the day, for the amount paid for the experience I think the management can invest a little more on good quality flavourfull food.

my fiance book a table for evening 6pm. It was my birthday, She wants to surprise me. Its really a greate surprise. I was really excited and happy. The view and Experince is really greate. I really enjoyed it. But we got big disappointed about food. Because on website they have just mention about timing(1.45pm, 4.30pm, 6pm) There is no details about food menu. what food they are going to serve in every time slot. She booked the 6pm slot. So we thought it will be dinner menu. They started it mocktail then some starters and ended with coffee. We were expecting a main course. But they told us you have booked table for "high tea menu and this is only we are serving in this slot" and 7pm slot is for "Dinner" which is only 500rs more. We both got disappointed.
