TILT Kitchen & Bar — Restaurant in Maharashtra

Entrance -the hotel claims to have vallet parking ,but you are asked to park ypur vehicle as there is no staff. The restaurant's lift was not working and we have to take stairs to reach third floor. This can become issue especially if you are planning to go out with elderly people Staff was humble and polite and service was ok The restaurant seems to be cruched for space and we were given small table for 5 people ,the table also seems to bit uneven and we found difficult to place our plates . AC was ineffective and not very comfortable to sit for long duration . Food we ordered their veg platter and for 1000 bucks this is not worth. The food items were very spicy and children could not eat their portions. You will get much better quality platter in other restaurants at cheaper price Main course was ok . I like their dal makhani...

I went there for celebrating my 8th marriage anniversary with my wife and my daughter..…In the reception miss ritu greeted us with warmth and walked with us up to the allotted table and take regular follow up with us till completion of our dinner…secondly Mr. Akhil also greeted us with warmth and takes the order with importance suggestions for our food and beverages order..his behaviour was very polite and his service was good …now the food we ordered was very tasty and delicious….the ambience was pretty good and last I like to special mention mr. sankit who sang very beautiful and melodious songs throughout our stay. He also sang one song on my request which I dedicated to my wife and we dance together….it was very special night at TILT Kitchen and...

I had booked a table for 2 on the 3rd floor for 09:30 PM at around 05:00 PM, and also reconfirmed the booking at 08:30 PM, clearly informing the concerned front desk person that I would be arriving between 09:30 and 09:45 PM.

However, when I reached at 09:43 PM, I was informed by the same staff member that the table had already been allotted to another family at 09:40 PM, without any courtesy call or prior intimation. I was then asked to sit at an alternate location which was uncomfortable, and no proper assistance or alternative arrangement was offered.

This has been one of the most disappointing service experiences I’ve had, and I sincerely hope the matter is looked into seriously so that no guest has to face such inconvenience...
