Verena Hotel — Restaurant in Maharashtra

Very poor service. We had very bad experience. They don't know how to manage group customers. We were group of 20 people. Only 2 waiters were giving service and they were also seemed like inexperienced newcomer. A waiter spilled soup on one of my family member and another waiter spilled water on the head of my cousin. Add also, we requested to arrange cab service but unfortunately they don’t have whereas they. Following are additional issues we faced. Menu card is completely confusing They provided only 1 jar of water for 20 people Captain put double order of same sabjis and they did not even took it return and this increased our bill to around 7000/- which was supposedly to be 4500/-. They only good thing was ambience but that too lost its value when there was power out and they took 15-20 min to fix their generator or backup. Some waiting customers were standing around our table which was another disgusting thing we observed. Food quantity was good but quality was also not up to the mark. They offered us non-veg menu of some other customers by mistake while we had CLEARLY told that all of our orders are pure veg. Think THRICE before visiting this restaurant. *Strongly not...

I recently celebrated the New year Party with friends. Overall, I had a memorable and fantastic experience at Hotel Verena. The atmosphere was lively, and the staff ensured everyone had a great time. I highly recommend Hotel Verena for 31st events and parties!

The location of the hotel is really nice. The place is really beautiful. It is a little far from the city so it is quiet and full of greenery. But the food in here is not that great. May be people who are non vegetarian could like the food in here but as a vegetarian I did not enjoy the food every time I have been here. Once we were served baasi chapati here. So that's the reason i did not like this place. 2 stars just for the beautiful location. Update - In response to the question asked by owner. Sir, food is a very personal choice. So for me the food was not great. I am not someone who will write review just for hatred. I have genuinely being served stale chapati in your Hotel once . And to answer your last question about frequency. I have been in the hotel 3 times. 2 times we wanted to give the hotel a fair chance. Because we thought maybe something was wrong the 1st time. And 3rd time for a party of our friend. Hope that clears...
