I found the quality of the food to be quite good. The ingredients used were fresh and the preparation was well done. However, the prices of the dishes were a bit too high for my liking. I tried their signature dish, Vitthal Vada, which was essentially a batata vada with sweet curd. While the taste was good, I didn't find it particularly innovative and the portion size was not adequate for the price. On the positive side, I was pleased to find that the restaurant was child friendly. The ambiance was welcoming for families with young children and there were small playground and other amenities to make the dining experience comfortable for kids. Additionally, the washrooms were clean, which is always a plus point. Another advantage of Kamath restaurant was the availability of dedicated parking space. Overall, I would recommend Kamath restaurant if you are okay with paying for overpriced food. While the quality is good and the facilities are convenient, the prices are quite high and the dishes are not particularly innovative.

Stopped by in the morning enroute to Goa. Looks pretty popular by the number of cars parked here (there’s ample parking) and clean rest rooms. The food is disappointing however. Medu vadas were cold and soggy and upma was passable; that too after a rather long wait at the counter (you need to queue up at the payment counter at one end then go to the food counter at the other end and pick up; as usual we Indians have no sense of decorum so it’s a free for all push and shove to get to the counter first then hand over the slip to the single manager there who also serves the items; rather inefficient and frustrating) only saving grace was the filter kapi (coffee). I’d rather avoid this place in future ....

Earlier it used to be good now taste is poor. Only good thing is they accept card and sitting is spacious. toilets are there but not very good. Can use in an emergency for senior citizens. we ordered misal paw, batata wada sambar, wada paw, masala dosa, tea and onion pakoda ..onion pakode was full dipped in oil, even tissue paper got wet absorbing the oil and as per taste considered no salt n least spice sprinkled . tea was such terrible taste .. sabji in wada paw were under cooked. masala dosa was ok ok. paw served with misal was not fresh at all. chatani served with dosa was so boring..Price are little high..Hygiene is also above average. Service was just okay..highly disappointed.

This place is hygienic, good to have breakfast while you are travelling. I just felt that it's a tad bit expensive. I mean who serves a pohe for 60₹ that too in pune😅. The service is fast. You order get a coupon submit it and they will get you the order. Online payment is accepted. Washrooms are clean. The restaurant on the way to Satara or Pune. It is good place to go with family. Here you can get lot of options for breakfast like Idli, Medu wada, Dosa, Pohe, Upma, Khichdi etc.Kindly don't order Misal* They did not serve onion with Misal for me atleast. Place is hygenic and other food items are fresh Upma, Poha, Onion Utappa, Tea is good Had a quick coffee stop here on the way. It was quick but that was it. Paid Rs40 for south Indian coffee which was very far away from any south Indian coffee I have had. Only sugar, watery milk and bad coffee powder. Not idea about food. Will not be stopping here for coffee again.Take out | Other | ₹1–200

The food quality and taste are excellent — truly one of the highlights of this place. However, the service experience is quite poor and needs serious improvement. Here are some issues I faced during a single visit:

When you order multiple items, each one arrives 10 minutes apart. This means either your first dish gets cold while waiting for the rest, or everyone ends up eating separately.

It's very difficult to get the attention of staff if you need something. No one seems to notice when you're trying to call for help.

The ordering system is confusing. First, you place the order at the counter and remember your table number. Then, you must deposit the receipt with a kitchen attendant, who asks you to wait for someone to deliver the food. This process feels disjointed and inconvenient.

Overall, the service, the system in place, and the staff's attitude all need considerable improvement.

Would I return for the food? Yes. But only if the service becomes more...
