Second Vitthal Kamat Restaurant en route from Kolhapur to Pune serving coffee in cheap paper disposable cups (there are 3-4 Vitthal Kamat restaurants in all) franchise says Kamat group supplies paper cup for hit beverages and discourage use of traditional method of servicing in porcelain/small glass . Sangli restaurant didn't even knew what filter coffee is. A sandwitch was just stack of bread toast filled with few slices of cucumber and tomato only, no potato, no onion, no capcicum. Stoop in quality of Kamat brand. Flies all around, barely clean toilets. This mass presence on Highways killing quality and standards which we experience in old Kamat restaurants at Mumbai.
