Staff is very much ignoring and not listing to calls

I recently visited Woodlot Restaurant, Padegaon with high hopes for a delightful dining experience, but unfortunately, my visit was marred by extremely poor service and multiple issues with my order.

From the moment I entered the restaurant, the lack of attention from the staff was evident. Despite being seated promptly, it took an unacceptable amount of time for anyone to acknowledge our presence or bring menus to our table.

Once we finally managed to place our order, the problems only escalated. Our food took an excruciatingly long time to arrive, and when it did, it was clear that it had been sitting under a heat lamp for far too long. The dishes were lukewarm at best and lacked the freshness and flavor that one would expect from a restaurant of this caliber.

To make matters worse, one of the items we ordered never made it to our table. Despite reminding our server multiple times, the missing dish never materialized, leaving us feeling frustrated and unsatisfied.

The staff's attitude throughout the ordeal was indifferent at best, with no apologies or attempts to rectify the situation. It was evident that customer satisfaction was not a priority for them.

Overall, my experience at Woodlot Restaurant, Padegaon was extremely disappointing. The combination of abysmal service, delayed orders, and unappetizing food left a lasting negative impression. I hope that the management takes these issues seriously and implements necessary improvements to prevent other diners from enduring similar experiences in the future. I request the owners to look personally...

5 on 5 for the ambience. It feels so relaxed to be there. They have open to sky as well as indoor seating arrangement. The space is huge. Floor is covered with lawn. One screen is there where cricket match was going on. You can host parties here. Best for big groups or big families. There is a children play area. Taste was good. Ordered paneer kabab and cheese rolls as starter. Both were good. In the main course, patta dum aloo sabji was tasty. Veg maratha is not recommended. Their laccha paratha is simply superb. The layers and butter spreaded on them..it was a treat to eat! Staff is attentive. Service is good, albeit they take more than 20 minutes to serve. May be due to rush. They have kind of open kitchen where they prepare...

My experience at Woodlot Restaurant on the Aurangabad highway was truly exceptional. The prompt service, coupled with the incredibly tasty Chilly Garlic Basha Fish and Fish Tikka, left me thoroughly impressed. The cleanliness of the facilities, including the well-maintained toilets, reflected the restaurant's commitment to hygiene. The staff's helpful and friendly demeanor added a welcoming touch to the overall dining experience. Highly recommended for all food enthusiasts seeking quality and warmth in service!

Special mention they have a great kids play area, with trampoline, slides and climbers..
