Atithi Restaurant — Restaurant in Mahuva

I had a terrible experience at this restaurant. The staff was extremely unprofessional and ill-mannered. Despite confirming they were open when we arrived at 10 PM Yesterday, they repeatedly denied serving us food. First, they told us fried bhindi was the last portion, then refused to serve aloo bhaji and khichdi, claiming they were unavailable. When we questioned why they kept denying our requests, they started making faces and displayed rude behavior. The service was unacceptable—they banged thalis and bottles on our table, raised their voices at us, and behaved disrespectfully. To make things worse, the hygiene was poor; we found hair in our thali multiple times. They serve stale and cold food to us. Being an all-female group, we felt uncomfortable and unwelcome. In the end, they explicitly told us not to visit their restaurant again. Even after complaining this to the onwer he was un apologising to us on top of it they said are you willing to pay us we even said yes will pay you but the behaviour and the experience was pathetic I wont even give 1star to the restaurant If they are not willing to serve customers properly, I don’t understand why they are running a restaurant. I had dine in last week at this restaurant was the worst decision I could have ever made. The staff was rude and unhygienic. Their behaviour was very casual and body language. There was no cleanliness maintained on the cloth which they were wiping. The table was very dirty and stinky. The food was very cold, oily, and salty, even when the staff was serving the roti, I found hair that ended, and the nails of the staff were very dirty. I ordered lemons in a bowl of lemons. I found big hair. I asked them to change this. He removed the hair from that bowl and gave it back to me from behind the counter I spoke to the manager.
