pebbles cafe — Restaurant in Malkapur (Ct)

One of the worst experiences I’ve had at a cafe.

We ordered three coffees and were sitting and talking for about an hour, not causing any disturbance at all. Suddenly, the waiter came over and gave us the bill without us even asking — a clear and rude hint to leave. A little while later, he returned and asked if we were going to order anything else, and when we said no, he directly told us to leave after.

What kind of customer service is that?

the cafe was completely empty. It wasn’t crowded, it wasn’t closing time — it was midday,

Even if it had been busy or closing soon, there’s a respectful way to handle situations, and this was absolutely not it.

It felt like they couldn’t be bothered to have us there unless we kept spending.

Extremely unprofessional and unwelcoming.

If you expect basic hospitality and respect, this is definitely not the place to go.

Will never return, and I don’t recommend this place to anyone.

Just shut your busy if you dont know...

Interior is very good.. Nice ambience.. You can give orders through scanning QR code..

Taste was really good..

Cleanliness is very good.. This place is couple friendly..

This place accepted payment through Cash, UPI and even cards also..

I didn't find bathroom or toilet here..

Staff is supportive and helpful..

You have to pay for water here.. (No free water..)

Parking is available at free of cost..

Lift is available here.. but Wheelchair access is somehow difficult because in parking space there are stairs..

Prices are usually higher..

Overall good...

Pebbles Cafe has great balance of meals and beverages. The ambience is beautifully warm with unique sitting arrangements taking into account kids and elderly. They have high chairs. Foods and Beverages here taste mouthwatering and freshly flavoured. Me and my Friends had memorable moments here. The owner is so polite and professional.
