Really disappointed with their service and professionalism, I used to think that Domino's takes their customers seriously and try to give best services but it's a regret now from ordering from them , they after receiving the order Mr saifi contacted and said it will take time almost 1hr due to rain , so I said it's fine , but after morethen an hour Mr om prakash called after rain stopped and said we can't deliver your order bcz road is jammed, height of stupidity, you havemany routes to reach me , and I am damn sure about it it's not jammed and it's 2 km distance , you even didn't left the restaurant and you just made assumption of jamm , if you wanted to cancel the order so you must have done it 1 hr before, first you made someone wait for morethen an hour and then you cancel the order.. order no was.. 85

My bad , or how bad service you can expect from a well known brand you trust, I Ordered Again (order no.115) after 1 hr when rain was very light and had hope that they will realise that what they did was wrong but same thing happened and this time it was pretty shameless and rude, Mr saifi called and said due to rain we need to cancel your order so I asked rain is very light so why can't you deliver so he said there is water jam everywhere but I said you have minimum 3 routes to reach me but still you are making stupid excuse so clearly say you don't wanna deliver so he said, yes it is, so I asked to talk to senior so Mr om prakash came on call and he said same speech as prepared that we can't deliver bcz we are not comfortable to deliver or as per our convenience , these guys are trained unprofessional and arrogant I can't imagine that with how many customers they must have misbehaved or cancelled as per their comfortability or choice .

Sry Domino's but you can't make things right , until you got such unprofessional and rude staff.. i really felt unsafe while ordering again bcz who knows they might spit in your food after getting frustrated or anything else.. bcz their behaviour was pretty shameless and arrogant like they owns the brand and they can do whatever they want.. so sry I am never ordering from Domino's again and will make sure , no one from my knowing or circle ever consider ordering or dinning from you guys.. bcz when you can't control your own staff how can you make sure the safety of...
