Cafe Black Bean — Restaurant in Meghalaya

So I don't know what was wrong when I visited the place but most items from the menu they provided were unavailable. So we had to settle for something that we didn't intend to eat.

The place is actually cute and small. It's just one room with few indoor seating and 2 outdoor seating overlooking the road.

Food was okay okay. Service was nice but to order we needed to go on the counter everytime.

Overall experience 7/10 A lot could improve specially the menu curation. If items are not available they should be either erased from the menu board or hidden in some form. Also it would be nice to get printed menu cards...

Food = good ( makes up for everything and the three stars are for the food ) The one at the counter , the lady she needs to be a little more pleasant and welcoming though like whenever we ask her about anything , she has a look of deep confusion in her face and yes doesn't even smile or reply with a good attitude . Been to tura's various cafe's and the staff behaviour in almost all are visibly good . The server is fine though , very sweet and caters to all our needs . The staff service is very awful. They do not know how to manage. Reply to Cafe black bean (owner) Yes, exactly it is a coffee shop "Cafe". And into my knowledge after traveling around the country and eating in various famous food joints and "cafes", Cafes are more faster and well managed as compared to the full service restaurants. Rather than justifying the flaws, you must try improving it and that's how great business works....
