Hangout Lounge Bar & Restro — Restaurant in Mira-Bhayander

My friend and I stopped by this restaurant for a casual drink and ended up having a mixed experience. Although there were only four tables reserved out of around twelve, it took a while for our drinks to arrive, and the complementary snacks were already finished by the time they did.

We decided to try the cheese pakoda, but unfortunately, there was no cheese in it, and it was mostly besan batter. We had to return the dish, which was disappointing. To make matters worse, the beer we ordered was not as chilled as we would have liked.

All in all, we did enjoy the drinks and hookah with our friends, but the service and food were not up to par. We decided to go elsewhere for dinner after this experience and would not recommend this restaurant for a full meal. However, if you're looking for a spot for casual drinks and hookah with friends, this could be an option...

One star is only for the courteous staff, else this place deserves zero star. Worst experience. Visited this place via dineout & was surprised to know the owner has no idea that they are on dine out. They deny customers the dine out benefits on face. The owner is downright rude, arrogant, who is absolutely non empathetic and argues with customers. Owner is simply alien to the world of warm hospitality, politeness and customer service. He should learn from his staff how to show respect to customers and empathise with them. It is a very average place and therefore has similar type of crowd. The food is not the way it is supposed to be cooked, Didn't experienced much of it but can say you'll experience some mediocre taste (so dont expect much). Though the best thing about this place is that it has SEESHA so you get to spend a long time here with your friends and colleagues (not a place to visit with your family). Also keep a note that they don't have premium whiskey(they only have it in their menu). And finally, their Service is good and serving staff is too cool and a happy to go person if u interact with him occasionally he'll make your visit...
