One of the worst dining experiences I’ve ever had!
AC Issue: From the moment we entered, the AC wasn’t working properly. Despite complaining multiple times, the staff kept giving excuses like “abhi thoda time do, abhi hawa aayegi, abhi chalu ho jaayega.” The truth is, it never worked and we had to sit uncomfortably throughout.
Expired Dessert: We ordered a chocolate brownie thinking at least dessert would make up for it. Shockingly, the brownie was expired and spoiled. Just one spoon was enough to feel like vomiting. When we complained, instead of accepting the mistake, the waiter himself tasted it and gave us a fake expression pretending that it was fine.
Unprofessional Behavior: When we asked for the bill, they shamelessly included the charges for that spoiled brownie. We told them that we didn’t eat it and it was their fault, not ours. But they argued, saying:
“Aapko pasand nahi aaya toh aapka problem hai, brownie theek hai.”
“Agar hum new brownie denge aur aapko phir bhi acha nahi laga toh hamara maal waste ho jaayega.”
This shows a complete lack of customer respect. Instead of apologising or replacing the item, they forced us to pay for something that was clearly inedible. This was my last experience in this midtown restaurant never going to visit in this restaurant and request everyone to never visit this restaurant very very poor...
Read morePros : The ambiance is good. Seating is comfortable and spacious. TV projector and live gazals/music for entertainment. Good for drinks with friends and if you would be having Chinese cuisine only.
Cons: Extremely slow service. (Took almost an hour for starters to be served & after finishing it more half n hour for the main course, although we had ordered it in the beginning) Untrained staff. ( Not aware of what dishes are brought, the table was unkept, after a while we served ourself as they were too slow and messy) Only chinese starters are good to eat rest are of poor quality. Main course : Do not order! None of the main course we ordered was worthy of the prices which were charged. Basic and a simple recipe of Dal was messed, uncooked. They don't have a separate smoking zone, so if you have trouble being around smokers then you would only wish you haven't visited this place. Washrooms should be kept clean. Price: The dishes are pricy and compared with overall experience its not worth it.
Overall experience wasn't good. 2 ratings just for the chinese starters...
Read moreHi all, I would rate it average.. by specifying categories
Ambiance:- it has a gud chill out ambiance for a perfect Eve, but the music was not at all complimenting to it.. ( all devotional song were being played, don't get me wrong.. probably I may have arrived early)
Food:- ok..ok.in taste.. seem to be quite expensive compared to other Dhaba/restaurant I have visited in the neighbouring City.
Drinks:- quite pricy for the place. And took quite a long for serving a cocktail 🍹 even if we were the only family there at the moment..
Service:- was ok.. averagely...staff was cortesus.. promt..only goofed my dish.by serving veg when non veg was ordered. The dish was replaced thou.
Billing:- as sais before, it's qute expensive, they don't accept cards which again is a downfall, only cash and Gpay kinda (e-wallet) etc is accepted..
Means if I am short on cash and If i need to pay by credit card. I can't.... it will be so embarrassing..
Overall it a average decent place for sudden planned...
