KFC — Restaurant in Mizoram

We placed an order of Peri Peri 5 piece bucket with medium fries , takeaway . We waited for about 10 minutes when we were called and they told us our order was ready and they handed us our order and then after we walked for about 5 minutes , not suspecting of anything , we were stopped by a man who told us the order we took was not ours and so we returned to the restaurant to exchange our orders and the man handed us what seemed like our bag by the door of the restaurant, this time too , we did not suspect anything as we were also quite dumbfounded by this situation. When we got home, we realised the fries were missing , the chicken was not at all peri peri seasoned and so after all these inconveniences we faced , we lost about ₹150 in total . I am not writing this in hopes of getting a refund , anyone can make mistakes but a series of mistakes like that can cause much inconveniences in another person's life so , I am writing this so that this kind of situation does not repeat in the future and for the betterment of this growing...

Had the worst experience ever at this joint . The employees were so rude and unprofessional. There were no customers but lots of Zomato drivers were there (I guess they were waiting for their orders). The employee who took my order keep giving signals to one Zomato driver while I was making orders. This made me really uncomfortable and self-conscious. Also they said they only have coffees and no sodas or any cold drinks 😭 I went upstairs but couldn’t enjoy my meal because they were so loud downstairs. I could hear one employee ranting about customers they had the other day. I had never experienced such a ridiculous and unprofessional service at any other KFC joints. Also the food was bad. I’ve always trusted KFC for its consistent quality and taste, no matter the location. However, my recent experience at your Aizawl outlet has completely shattered that trust. It seems the franchise here has been entrusted to the wrong person, as the food quality was far below what KFC is known for.

The chicken served was poorly cooked, extremely dry, and unappetizing. The wings were not only overcooked but tasted stale, to the point where they were nearly inedible. This is certainly not what I expect from a brand with such a strong reputation.

Please take this feedback seriously and address the issues at this store to prevent further disappointing customers. I hope the quality can be restored to the standard we’ve come to...
