This place has 2 levels of seating arrangement. Ground floor is simple table and benches, nothing fancy,wide open facing the road and o.k for people who want 2 have a quick lunch. On the 1st floor, you need to climb steps, no elevator option, they have darban style seating on one end and restaurant style seating with table and chairs on the other side. Whoch is good for couples, families or get together. We ordered for chicken lollipop, crispy chicken, Laziz chicken, reshmi kebab, custard and tandoori roti and everything was absolutely yummy, rich and delicious. If you are health conscious, you wont enjoy the food as you would be counting calories and this is not a place 4 u bcoz it's not a juice bar. We reordered dinner as take away from here on the same night and ordered for tandoori schewan chicken, crispy chicken, chicken patiyala, laziz chicken and roti's. Quantity, price, taste is absolutely on point or better and you leave with happy stomachs and smiles. Cons: they still charge Rs35 for Bisleri which as per govt directive should be sold at MRP. Visiting this restaurant from last 10 / 15 years never got disappointed. They are very famous for there Mafaq (Tea) , Mughlai foods & Indian Chinese, I have almost tried their all the dishes in which my favorite is Chicken Nargis, Chicken Akbari, Crispy Chicken & Mutton Pulav this all dish are up to the mark. Through out the day overcrowded but gets a place to sit and dine. Last 2/3 years back they renovated their restaurant in which They have also made a separate dining for family on 1st floor fully Air conditioned. The day I had started visiting this restaurant till yet the Manager Akhil Bhai handling this restaurant with his sincerity & hardwork, Also a big thanks to a steward Arif who is giving his best in his work. Must try this place if you are around Malwani Bus Depot it is Opened till 1.30am & in Ramzan it opens after 7pm remains open till 6 in the morning. Ambiance ok ok Service Excellent...

This restaurant was becoming my one of favorite place but all of it changed post my last visit here.

I found chicken piece in mushroom (veg) dish. I am a non-veg eater but this was a concern because my vegetarian guest was accompanying me.

On reporting they denied to accept or do something about it. I paid for the food on table and didn't ask for any refund. My only request was to investigate the issue which they denied. One of the hotel staff started talking rudely to us.

Being in a service industry, this behaviour is not acceptable from the hotel staff.

Me and my family will never visit this place again and I'll make sure to speak this incident to friends.

Apart from this incident, atmosphere is also very mediocre which can also be accepted but the dining table is very narrow which makes the experience a little uncomfortable incase...
