Fast Food Express — Restaurant in Mumbai

I had one of the worst dining experiences at Fast Food Express. I ordered Veg Paneer Pulao, and to my surprise, there were no vegetables at all in it! It was just some rice tossed in sweet sauces with a few pieces of paneer – absolutely no taste, no balance, and definitely not what you expect from a “veg pulao”.

Then I tried the Manchurian Gravy, hoping it would be better, but that too was a complete disaster. The gravy was extremely spicy, overpowering, and had no flavor except heat. It felt like they just dumped chili for no reason.

But honestly, the worst part was the staff behavior. One of the staff members kept hovering around and repeatedly asked us to place the order even though I was still checking the menu. It felt rushed, pushy, and uncomfortable. No courtesy, no patience, no professionalism.

Overall, very disappointing food and service. Would not recommend this place at...

Unprofessional food, Unprofessional Staff Unprofessional Chefs

Taste of food is not even 1star Behaviour of the staff is very rude and unprofessional even they don't have manners to talk to their customers....food quality is less than 1 star totally food are raw and tasteless, I order a food and the staff is serving food is very unprofessional and rude to talk and their staff is very judgement to their customers and they give respect as to their customers on the budget of the orders, This is totally unacceptable... I will never visit this restaurant again in my life. And not even recommended...

Worst food experience.

The food was the biggest disappointment. Masala Papad was bombed with chilli powder and onion I mean it was hot n spicy which it should not be. In the cheeseballs the just cut a cube of cheese and rolled a mixture of maida and veggies. I've always had cheeseballs with melted cheese inside. And the biggest disaster was Chapati. They brought us stale chapatis, they could've said "sir we don't have fresh chapatis, we suggest you order rotis or something else" but they simply heated up those stale chapatis and put it...
