I ordered a customised Dutch Truffle cake from them. When we cut it the cream was very bitter when I called the staff they explained that Dutch Truffle is bitter. Now there is a difference between bitter and super bitter which was the case here. The staff was just not ready to accept the mistake but went on the offensive and was arguing not ready to accept the issue in hand. I hung up as I knew there was no point in talking to people who don't wish to listen. The colour used is of cheap quality leaving stains all over even after washing hands. Very bad experience, would not recommend this to anyone. My money is wasted. Please train your staff on...

Very bad service. Had ordered a large cake for my daughter’s bday.. they completely spoilt the experience, by making very different cake from the one we ordered.. from the design to the characters in it, where completely altered by them randomly without checking.. even the delivery was delayed by 45 mins and we had to call and remind them multiple times to have it delivered… my daughter was so sad looking at the cake as it was nowhere close to the design we wanted.. please dont make any order of cakes from them which requires different character designs as they will for...
