NEW lucky restaurant — Restaurant in Mumbai

DO NOT EAT HERE. I repeat, DO. NOT. EAT. HERE. I came into the restaurant and gave the order of "Veg" Biryani to the person at the counter and after waiting for 15 minutes, I asked how much time will it take to prepare and the boy standing there said "Aapne order diya tha?", I was annoyed but I kept my patience and waited for another 15 minutes and I got my "Veg" Biryani and it was just normal rice which they served in a Thali and the Masala Gravy of Biryani under the volcanic structure of Thali Rice. I dug in despite how it looked and it tasted just like how it looked; Bad. The vegetables were overcooked and no salt in the biryani but still I ate until; I found a small piece of bone in my "Veg" Biryani, now you know why I keep saying "Veg" and not Veg. I reported this to the owner [The guy sitting at the counter] and he went inside and got the "Veg" Biryani remade which I hesitantly ate which made me curious that how was the kitchen's condition because I maybe not be the only one this happened to. Although I didn't create a ruckus about the bone unlike other people would do but I did some investigative-journalism to see if I can find something and now you can see the kitchen too. I have attached the photos and videos below. The owner apologised but I am disgusted and will not step...

We had ordered egg fried rice and hakka noodles... 1stly they packed the food in plastic which is soo unhygienic.. Even though the taste ws ok ok bt hygiene matters... Atleast for me... 2ndly we noticed a hair strand in fried rice... Which jst turned us off... I wud never recommend a restaurant which do not pay attention on cleanliness...

Worst experience of my life to get food from this restaurant. No hygiene... they parcel food in a polythene and the taste was not worth it at all. After having food whole night my stomach was upset. Please be safe and stay away from such...
