Very pathetic service, very rude and unprofessional tone. They don't care about the customer. I ordered 1 paneer Manchurian gravy they told me price Rs. 198/-, but when I received the order the price on the bill RS. 236/- including tax. When I asked them about the different in price, they straight away deny their mistakes. The restaurant guy asked me to return the parcel. It's is not restaurant fault, but customer fault.

Very pathetic service. People on the phone are rude. I ordered food and when I called them after waiting forever the guy on the phone said I am lying and that I never ordered food. He was not ready to accept his mistake that he forgot to process my order. He was very rude. Sounded like he is not very happy with his job. I would recommend people to try out other good restaurants in the close vicinity. The food quality and service has dropped several levels down. I will never pay for such shabby treatment and below average food. I have been ordering from this place for several years but will never order ever again. Pathetic treatment of...

They have absolutely no respect for customers. No sense of talking to a lady.

I called them up to pack two plates idli parcel for my kid and requested them to pack in a container as it was a take for travel. I told him we don't need sambhar and chutney and only idlis..so he was very rude in shouting and saying for idlis we can't give container and if u still insist u pay extra for a container..on that I said it's hardly anything plus we aren't taking sambhar chutney... So on that he talks in top of the voice saying that's ur call, we are not saying no for sambhar chutney..

It was a very petty thing and I wouldn't have mind paying for the container had it been a normal conversation but the way he spoke it shows how much they value their customers.

I immediately called up landmark,link road with the same request and they accepted the order without any further questions asked.
