Ordered mutton mandi and pineapple chicken today evening after reaching home while having them for iftari the mandi mutton was so hard as if it was partially cooked and pineapple chicken was burned and completely sour in taste and our experience with guests in the house turned bad we shared videos photos and physically delivered the product back all th way to sewri branch despite seeing and tasting the same they gave us the reason of foil paper issue due to which pineapple usually turns sour when you are aware for the same then why are you packing in foil paper and why didn't you inform us or don't sell us tell us the truth ??? Absolutely shocking experience we paid 950 rs for rice and chicken which was not worth the penny we spent on top of this we have been told the owner will call us back as it's been 4 hours no call no revert they have just taken the food back without any apology .

Shameful behaviour from the branch Just want to fool people and lure money . Pathetic...

The only reason we visited this place is because of their Solapur Branch. I tried their Solapur Branch and my Experience was Absolutely Lovely. And I got to know that they have a 2nd branch in Mumbai and I was there, I visited it in no rush hour (around 4pm) there was no customer and the staff was having their lunch in the outside dining area, and they told us to sit right beside them, and it was bit awkward so I asked if I could sit inside (Dastarkhan) and they refused saying the area is for groups. So without Arguing I left the place. But we visited the Solapur Branch, they literally took us (3 people) in the Dastarkhan Area when we told them we are traveling so if you have any comfortable seating. So the Mumbai Branch Lack the Customer Satisfaction Service. Where as the Solapur Branch knows how to keep the Customers happy very well. I'll definitely visit the Solapur...
