The prices charged for seafood were excessive and unjustified, especially given the quality delivered.

And when I raised these concerns directly to your manager, I was met with indifference and no accountability whatsoever.

This isn’t just bad service — it’s negligence. A restaurant operating under such conditions is not only exploiting customers but also putting their health at risk.

Vikhroli is not a place where people will quietly accept being overcharged and underserved. I’m not the only one who has noticed these issues, and if left unaddressed, I will not hesitate to escalate this further through public reviews, local groups, and health department complaints. Visited Coastal Tawa in Tagore Nagar, Vikhroli, and I must say, it was an absolute delight! The moment I walked in, the ambiance had me hooked. The place is beautifully designed with a cozy, coastal-inspired vibe that makes you feel instantly at ease. The decor is tasteful with thoughtful details, and the seating is super comfortable — perfect for a relaxed meal with friends or family.

The service was impeccable — the staff was courteous, attentive, and really made us feel welcomed. They were quick, polite, and made great recommendations.

Despite this, the area feels secure with the watchful eyes of Coastal Tawa staff. They even provide safekeeping for your helmets, ensuring a worry-free dining experience. While ideal for groups, the bar area might not be the most suitable for children. The food, however, is consistently excellent, deserving a rating of 8.5 to 9 out of 10. The Prawns Koliwada is a standout, even for someone who isn't typically a seafood enthusiast. Service is prompt and efficient with minimal delays.
