Visited this cafe after planning for a long time. Had a good chat about coffee with the manager there. I’m impressed by the amazing interiors besides the coffee. I’m excited to try all the different coffees available here. For my first starter, I went with aeropress coffee. The beans were from Mokokchung, I’m told. The barista made the coffee extra strong to suit my taste. Quite impressed and to make my first impression better, I was allowed to stay and do my works at the Cafe plus I got a Doppio (Espresso double shot) on the house. Very creatively done up, it has a nice feel. It is small - which adds to its charm. The coffee is good. The beans are from Nagaland - which gives the cafe its name - Ete - I am told - means “us” or “ours”. The cheese cakes - both the blueberry and the NewYork were to die for. And the hostess Esther was super cordial and helpful.

Read moreim not a coffee connoisseur so idh much knowledge about coffee but one thing that caught my attention was the iced latte which, to my surprise, was not sweet and I enjoyed it very much cause every time I get (iced) latte in any place, they’re always too sweet. also, I had the creamiest cheesecake ever in this cute coffee shop. 😋
