KFC — Restaurant in Nagaland

Today I had a really bad experience After i placed my order the girl who was taking the order she said she’ll call my token number and she didn’t give the receipt (which I thought it was not a problem) While my number was called out since I don’t have the receipt I didn’t knew it was my order and after sometime she told me it was my order so I came and the other girl she gave me my receipt but the earlier girl she took it and told me she’ll keep it with her 🤷🏻‍♀️ And my half order was not given so I told her I didn’t get my roll and she told me oh I forgot to add it and while she had already cut the money for the roll as well but she told me to pay for roll again (which she was scamming me) Please be honest with what you are doing 🙏🏻Just because one person don’t let the whole team go down …, Btw after I ate I came and ask for receipt she told me she misplaced it and told me she can’t find now So it’s my first time experiencing this which is really...

Worst KFC experience I have experienced so far, the ordered chickens were re-cooked again, maybe it was yesterday's chickens, coz the chicken was very oily and darker in colour, with an awful smell. This happened for the Third time, so I complained to the management and the workers called back and apologised saying they used Old oil to fry the chicken, I wonder whether that is an excuse or his justification. The best verdict is to stop ordering chickens from this outlet. FYI, if you want skinless chicken...

Came to buy a zinger burger, was told they don't have any burgers. Asked, what they have and was told they have wraps. Tried to order a chicken wrap menu, but they didn't have pepsi. So ordered a simple chicken wrap. Communication was difficult as the lady spoke too softly. Next they didn't have change. When I got my order it eas not a KFC style wrap, but the chicken was wrapped in a puri - that Indian oily bread. And that puri was cold... Worst experience of...
