C-cube — Restaurant in Nagpur

Went there to get one kg chocolate cake and one full round of pastries. I needed them in individual boxes so i can distribute them to our neighbours. I needed the whole round in one big box and i said I'll take the small boxes seperately and assemble it at home. It would have been difficult to carry everything on scooter alone.The people at the counter said they can't give individual boxes for pastries because it costs them extra. I was buying pastries. had i bought them individually id get them ine individual small boxes. I was buying cake worth more than 1 thousand why wouldn't i pay for the one big box. The people athe counter were acting very cheap. Straight away told me they can't give me the pastries in big box and individual boxes seperately because it costs them. Smh. I live nearby and had been their customer for almost all birthdays at home. But after seeing such cheap behaviour by the staff i have decided to start buying from a different place. Had a very bad experience with C cube friends colony. Gave my cakes order a week ago, came to pay day before taking delivery of my cake and told them I will be picking up my cake till 7 pm but I had to wait 1 hour, the cake wasn't ready they made the whole cake after I went to take the delivery. Poor management and the whole party was late due to this mistake all the guests had to wait for this long duration and It wasn't worth a penny...

I've always been a fan of c-cube cz of taste n varities of cakes. But today the experience was not good as there was huge crowd n there were only two attendants. It was really a pity to see them suffering & customers were getting frustrated including me so I was unable to get proper details of cakes which made me select a random cake so that I could make a fast purchase. Service should be made fast n proper. P.S. this cake tastes...
