I have visited Haldiram Restaurant at Nagpur International Airport multiple times, and each visit has been disappointing. The staff are consistently impolite and inattentive, even when they are not busy. They fail to engage with customers, ignoring queries and needs, which leads to a frustrating dining experience. The service quality is far below acceptable standards, and the food is not served properly. This has happened on several occasions, making it a very bad experience overall.

An update- called Haldiram customer support (the number given in response to my review), firstly be ready for 10+ mins waiting time as all the executives are mostly busy. After connecting, got an assurance that store manager will call me in 30mins. After 3 times repeated calls to customer support and giving them 4 days, yet to receive any callback from store manager.
