I used to be a regular customer at this café, but my recent experience was very disappointing. My phone battery had died, and I requested the owner for a Type-C charger. Instead of helping, they blatantly lied, saying they didn’t have a charger and had sent it home, even though their home is right next to the café. I couldn’t pay in cash at that moment and was unable to make an online payment due to my phone being off. Despite being a loyal customer, I received no cooperation or assistance.
