This is the worst restaurant in manish nagar.. I am an ex staff of this restaurant... The prblm is the owner had been changed and the new owner is very very cheap and mannersless..you can't believe they literally use the worst quality of chicken, mutton , paneer and fish in their food... They even use frozen and stale quality of prawns...they cook their grevy one to two times in a week and deep freezed it and use it again and aging in both veg and nonveg dishes.... The kitchen is very unhygienic and food may cause you the food poisoning prblm... They use to do it because of not getting into the loss..when I said to the owner that custmors and complaining and getting agnry and disapoint her reply was I am the owner and i know how to do my profit... She and her husband both abused me by using very cheap words and slangs... And when I said I am quiting this job they didn't even give my payment... I personally request to each and everyone plz don't visit this place if you are concern about your health and your family's also... The worst place ever... Typical uneducated restaurant owner behaviour of complaining about Zomato and why the rates are double over there and still wants to shut Zomato off. Won't that be customer inconvenience and shooing customers away from him? Really stupid move, please go ahead and see your business plummet.
The top of stupidity was overcharging me on the listed price of ₹209 for Chicken Fried Rice. I was forced to pay ₹10 packaging charges and GST on top. The total was ₹229. All of this, while his misleading boards on entrance promise discounts. In my opinion, this pricing is definitely somewhere on start of premium pricing for such a basic dish. If you want to charge a bit premium, the customer experience should match it.
Pathetic customer experience. The owner doesn't have sustainable customer service standards. I recommend him taking some time off and atleast visiting some good restaurants to understand customer experience, if not taking a course on it. Truly incorrect growth mindset.
Every other guy wants to open a restaurant these days.

Read moreMy visit to Median Grilled was incredibly disappointing from start to finish. We arrived on time for our reservation but ended up waiting over an hour just to be seated, with no communication or apologies from the staff.
What saddened me most was witnessing how the management treated their staff right in front of us. I saw one of the waitresses visibly upset and crying while I was leaving. It was heartbreaking to see someone in distress at their workplace, and it made me question how the restaurant values its employees.
As for the food, it was quite underwhelming. The dishes lacked the depth of flavor and creativity I expected, especially considering the prices. It felt like they were going through the motions rather than putting passion into their cooking.
Overall, my experience at Median Grilled left me feeling disheartened. The long wait, coupled with the distressing scene with the staff and mediocre food, made it clear that this is not a place I would recommend for a pleasant...
