Param Ki Dal isn’t just food—it’s an emotion served in a bowl. From the very first bite, you’re transported into a world where taste, tradition, and technique meet in perfect harmony. The richness of the lentils, slow-cooked to velvety perfection, carries an unmistakable depth that can only come from generations of culinary wisdom. Every spoonful feels like a warm embrace, with spices dancing delicately on the palate, never overpowering—just perfectly balanced.
The smoky undertones, likely from the traditional dhungar method, add a rustic charm that elevates the experience to something truly unforgettable. It’s the kind of dal that doesn’t just accompany a meal—it becomes the centerpiece.
Served hot, with a drizzle of butter and a sprinkle of fresh coriander, Param Ki Dal is more than just delicious—it’s soulful. It leaves you satisfied, nostalgic, and craving more all at once. Whether you’re a lifelong dal lover or someone discovering its magic for the first time, this dish promises an experience that’s both comforting and extraordinary.
A standing ovation to Param for taking a humble staple and transforming it into a dish worthy of gourmet acclaim. This is, without a doubt,...
Read moreWhat an extremely overhyped place! The food vloggers have overly talked about it all the while. They are apparently heavily paid to do so. They serve only 3 items - Chana dal tadka, tandoori roti and brown rice (rice tossed in burnt butter). The price I paid for 2 roti, 1 plate dal and 1/2 plate rice was 160/- (Dated - 16/4/23). The place begins to serve at 12:30 p.m. till 4 p.m. and starts to get crowded from 12:15 p.m. itself. There are 2 - 4 seater tables and 1 - 2 seated tables. That's it! No over 10 people can be accommodated at a single time. The place lacks hygiene big-time. Everything including tables, walls, fans, lights, chairs are covered with a layer of dust. You will not find any board even, just have to follow Google maps. The owner though is nice to talk to. The taste of dal is very very normal. Nothing special at all. The burnt butter brown rice is just fine. One need not visit the hotel especially because it's not worth it at all. Only if you happen to be nearby, you may try. Because it's always crowded and the waiting usually is at least an hour (due to limited seating). Not...

I must say..they will say..15 mins.believe me they know exactly how much time it will take to all costumer for eating their food.
Taste.~ Taste was good. But usually we can get that taste on all ongoing dhabas. And they only taste I got to know is the buttery daal. I know everyone has their own taste. But if like being at atmosphere where the Food made up of Chulhaa and Tandoor then u should visit this place. I'm saying it again.. The food is ok-ok. But not that much of great thr way it got hype. Hats of the Rotimaker uncle. All their staff is good and supportive. The only thing is overall place is not that good that you can bring your family their. (Small too.) 2 daal 6 tandoori roti 2...
