Well, ordered our usual Peri peri steak this time too. As usual took 30min to serve. But considering the number of people dining in, we were okay. After 30 min received our steak. To our astonishment it was toooo much salty or tangy we can say. The sauce was sooo much that we couldn’t even eat a bite and asked them to please look into this. 1 half was returned to us stating that we have already USED it. We said okay let it go waste, at least make the other half eatable. They returned in 5min with all the sauce over it removed. When we tasted it, it was totally bland. On asking what changes you’ve done, the owner stated “Sir we are not serving for the 1st time. We know what we made” I told him this is our usual dish that we always order online or even on dine in, he moved to his waiter stating “Sir ko refund chahiye” Respected owner, We don’t need your pity money. You’re charging us for food, give quality food. Stop telling people that you’re not serving for the 1st time instead start being humble for the 1st time. To everyone’s update, we didn’t accept the refund and won’t be visiting this place anytime ever, nor going to recommend anyone for sure.
