STAR RESTAURANT — Restaurant in Nagpur

Food was not fresh. Taste was very bad. Almost the Manchurian rice was expired badly . Very bad When I called and tell them about the expired rice they asked me to come to the restaurant with the rice. I told them that it is not possible for me to come again as I live 12km away from the restaurant and by managing very hard I came there to take the food delivery home. The gents misbehaved with me in filthy language and used very harsh language. He denied me refund and said that you have to come to the restaurant with the rice after checking the rice I will decide that refund should be done or not. After doing the argument they refunded me my money only by saying that the rice is okay but if you want we will give you your money back. This is not the behaviour one should keep towards your customer. I and my family are visiting the restaurant from last 2 years but this was the first time they misbehaved and had such a terrific behaviour.

Horrible experience this time. Not recommended at all. And will never visit again. Regards, Naaz...
