Hello! Had a pathetic experience. Was here for the first time saw the ambiance from outside though it will be good , soon we entered we ordered starters and manager came and said finish everything in 30 min . I di understand covid situation and new government norm but way the manager and the staff said to eat fast was horrible. Even before finishing food waiter and manager brought bill .

As I said manager you should have informed before ordering we cannot sit for more the 30 min we must have not enter the restaurant.

At last when I said manager from next time inform people about timing he said ( bura laga ? Koi baat nhi )

Rude behavior. Don't have sense how to talk to customers.

P.s security guards behavior was best then the manager.

Please improve your management and manager.

We visited Indian grill restaurant in Nagpur for dinner, and my experience was disappointed by an unfair and illegal pricing practice. The restaurant served me a Kinley water bottle with an MRP of ₹15, but I was charged ₹30 per bottle, which is double the listed price. When I raised the issue with the manager, he informed me that this practice is common across all restaurants in Nagpur, which is still not a valid excuse. They did not accept there mistake. Regardless of what other restaurants may be doing, charging more than the MRP is against the law and is unethical.

This was a disappointing experience, and I hope the management takes immediate action to ensure fair and legal pricing in the future. Until then, I would advise customers to be cautious about...

The staff is very rude they were in hurry to take orders only but did not able to provide service. Taste was good. We tried Tandoori chicken which was good. But in tandoori chicken we were getting smell of fish didn't know why. Chicken biryani was ok. We tried Mutton Rara that was good. Service is very very slow. Staff is not co-operative. And they expect tip without giving service. This was the first hotel in my life where i saw waiters were asking for tip directly and i didn't give anything so they were keep asking for the same and showing attitude when we didn't give him.
