After multiple visits to this cafe, I can confidently say it’s one of the worst dining experiences I’ve ever had. Despite giving it several chances, things only seem to get worse each time. The management is completely inattentive, with zero regard for customer satisfaction. The staff, including the waiters, are shockingly unprofessional—they lack basic manners and seem to have no training in customer service. They are slow, inattentive, and even dismissive, making the entire dining experience incredibly frustrating.
The food quality is another major issue. The dishes are consistently bland, poorly prepared, and nowhere near fresh. When I voiced my concerns about the terrible food and requested the owner's contact information to address these issues directly, I was met with extreme rudeness from the manager, who seemed to have absolutely no interest in addressing any complaints. This kind of attitude reflects the careless culture of the entire establishment.
The cafe seems to have no standards, from the food to the service to the management's lack of accountability. There is a clear disregard for basic hospitality, and it’s evident that customer experience is not a priority here. This place is a complete letdown, and I would absolutely never recommend it. Save your time, money, and patience—there are far better cafes out there that actually value their patrons. Avoid this place at all costs!

Read moreGreen Bakes Café presents a mixed bag of experiences, balancing between the good and the not-so-good aspects.
Ambience: 3.5/5 The café’s décor is quite appealing, especially the wall-side area which boasts some fancy and eye-catching designs. However, the overall utilisation of the space could be improved. While parts of the café are visually pleasing, other areas feel somewhat underwhelming and could benefit from better planning and design to maximise the cosy, inviting atmosphere.
Ventilation: One noticeable downside is the ventilation. The airflow within the café isn’t great, which can make it feel a bit stuffy, especially during busier times. Improving the ventilation would significantly enhance the overall comfort of the café.
Food – Chaat: When it comes to the food, specifically the chaat, it falls into the mediocre category. While the taste is not bad, it doesn’t stand out either. Additionally, the prices are on the higher side compared to regular rates, which might make you think twice about ordering.
Overall: Despite some drawbacks, Green Bakes Café is still a decent place to visit. If you’re in the area and looking for a spot to relax and maybe enjoy a cup of coffee, it’s worth a visit. However, there’s certainly room for improvement in both the ambience and the food offerings to make it a more appealing choice for...
Read moreDefinitely deserves praise from customers. The staff members are polite and respectful. Food is delicious but please mention your taste preference so it can be prepared accordingly so you could get the most out of it. Kids-friendly place. The plants they have at the property are very well maintained and diverse. Decent dishes are available so try out different combos. There is also a first floor over here but the occasions to visit it are restricted to specific events so to experience that floor contact this establishment.
I didn't saw any wheelchair accessible entry so plan your visit accordingly. They can definitely improve the ambiance with better lights for visibility and great vibe. The place is well ventilated so you'll not smell any weird odor. The place is a bit congested near seating tables so watch out your knees for any possible injury.
There is bit of a parking issue over here because this place doesn't have its exclusive parking but common parking is available outside the restaurant which is a parking area for The Wave building. It's not a No Parking Zone so you can definitely relax. There isn't any security guard as of now(July 2025) to help you find a parking spot so adjust your time...
