Hotel Maharastra Darbar — Restaurant in Nashik

The food at this restaurant is delicious and well-priced, with excellent quality. However, the service is a major disappointment due to extremely slow kitchen operations. Our initial order took 20-25 minutes, which was acceptable and not an issue, but when we ordered five additional rotis upon receiving our initial food, they arrived after 10 minute wait, by which time our initial dishes were finished. The same issue occurred with our jeera rice and biryani order, leaving us waiting another 10-15 minutes after finishing our rotis. This slow service significantly dampened our dining experience.

As first-time visitors, we were particularly disappointed. Waiting for additional items after finishing our food killed our appetite, which is unacceptable. I've visited many restaurants, but I've never encountered such a slow process, especially when the restaurant wasn't even busy. I generally try to not give bad reviews as I feel every business need to take feedback constructively and work upon them. But I am forced to give one here. The food at this place is horrible. In the name of chicken chilly, for example, god knows what they had cooked. It was so dry. We ordered chicken handi also. The gravy was good but the chicken was old and undercooked. Could see pink parts on it and it was just not eatable. When I was back home, I slept off as if was given some sedative. It was all cause of the horrendous food I had here. Sardar restaurant is located behind muktidham beside Orange tree hotel and in front of eagles ground. This was the first time that I went here and I pretty much liked the service and food as well. Ambience:4⭐ food: 3.5⭐ service: 3.5⭐ taste: 3.8⭐ price: 3.5⭐
