The owner who ever he is goes around apologizing to all his disgruntled customers as per the reviews but first impression is the last impression and we will never ever make the mistake of visiting this overhyped place again We went there in search of some good food . We saw the menu which had a lot of fish and asked the waiter if they served mughlai food since we wanted a good chicken dish but the waiter was all at sea seems like he had never heard of mughlai food and so said no very confidently. As we were about to leave, I saw the tiny menu standee on the table which had a couple of chicken mughlai dishes. We ordered Chicken Tikka Masala and what was served was pathetic! The dish was served in a small fancy pan that boasted of a miserly gravy with miserably sized five tiny pieces of chicken. This dish is not enough for one person if one eats two chapattis and here we were two of us! To add insult to injury the waiter happily said that we could order some more gravy for a 100 bucks!! Sparkling dinnerware and cutlery are not enough to lure a regular clientele.People who come to a restaurant are not magpies who would be enchanted with glittering plates. They want good wholesome food which needs to be served with love and a generous heart. Dear Owner, do take a leaf out of some tiny street joints that serve food like the way it should be served and have people milling around waiting patiently for their turn and learn from them. Do hire trained staff who know their business and also have a tiny sense of humor to deal with customers and don't bother to apologize for your abominable food and service that I...
Read moreA Shockingly Unhygienic and Unsafe Stay - Do Not Book! My spouse and I checked into this hotel on June 6, 2025, hoping for a pleasant stay, but it turned into a nightmare. I feel it's my duty to warn other travelers. Cleanliness: The state of our room was appalling. The entire space was dirty. The pillows and bedsheets were not only visibly soiled but also had a foul odor, making it impossible to rest comfortably. Amenities & Service: The listed amenities were a joke. The Wi-Fi and TV were non-functional. We tried calling the reception for a menu card and some milk powder, but our calls went completely unanswered. It became clear that there was only one staff member trying to manage all maintenance, which was woefully inadequate. Safety & Maintenance: We felt unsafe in our room. The window locks were broken, which is a major security concern. Furthermore, the plumbing fittings in the bathroom were damaged and leaking. Food & Health: Our booking included breakfast, but the staff initially denied it. After we insisted, they reluctantly agreed. The breakfast spread was pathetic, with only three items. We ordered an omelette, only to find the onions in it were old and smelly. The worst part came in the evening when both my spouse and I suffered from loose motions and vomiting, which we suspect was a direct result of the unhygienic food. This wasn't just a bad stay; it was a health hazard. The complete lack of hygiene, customer service, and basic maintenance is unacceptable. Please save your money and your health and stay...
