McDonald's — Restaurant in Nashik

Muffin is nice! 2nd instance in a month where the kiosk Phone pay payment failed and had to go to the counter to order again! Wonder why they don't repair it or shut down the kiosk instead of making customers waste their time!!!

...Got inefficient service experience on 13Jun25 9pm. Ordered through the kiosk. At UPI payment stage it showed issues. Went at the only counter and the guy was struggling with swipe card. So tried another kiosk and it worked. Waited whole 20min for the order to arrive on the table (option chosen at checkout). When I saw the order being delivered to the customer who came after me, i walked to the counter. The burger was lying to be picked up. Finally I only took the tray...

I had the worst experience at this McDonald's outlet. My wife and I placed an order, but we were told not to pay immediately and that they would deliver the food quickly. After waiting for almost 30 minutes, we followed up multiple times, only to find out that our order had not even been passed to the kitchen!

This was a complete waste of time. The staff was disorganized, unresponsive, and showed no urgency in resolving the issue. Eventually, we had to cancel our order and leave disappointed. What’s the point of visiting a fast-food place if they can’t even process orders properly?

Extremely disappointed with the service. I wouldn’t recommend this...

Visited the McDonald’s near Someshwar on Gangapur Road, and as always, it didn’t disappoint! The place is well-maintained, clean, and has a welcoming atmosphere.
