Service is also very fast but food was average. Location of this restaurant is very nice.Far from the city, average food with nice ambiance. Worst service. Over priced. There was a waiter named Satyam who didnt give us good service and asked us for extra money. First when we went there he said cleaning is going on you cannot sit upstairs Whereas we were able to see that there were no people cleaning Then we spoke to a guy named deepak and he allowed us to sit upstairs When we started ordering food satyam said that menu card is not updated charges have increased and its not mentioned on menu card We asked him for ice he said ice is not available For everything we asked satyam was in denial of everything We just asked for bill and left from there We had just order chiken chilly sindhi papad ani 1 platter for this they charged us 3K On the same side the day after we went to spice county which is on the way to shacks There we order 4 big menus and it cost us only 2K Service was also good The owner is very nice person We will never go to shacks ever again plus they dont even provide fan They have a table fan When we asked satyam and the manager to provide us fan they said you please talk to the owner for...

I had very bad experience with this cuisine... I had booked a table for 6 at 7 pm asking them to arrange small balloon Party decorations as it was surprise party for my husband... But when we arrived, staff was unaware of decorations...when I spoke to manager he said the person who is going to decorate will be late ,asked us to wait till he decorates.... Lol.. What is the use... All my surprised party for crashed.. At least they could have informed to come late or not possible... When I asked them to bring the cake with lighten up the candles... They came without it and asking where to light😠😠 ... Very unprofessional staff... Glasses and plates were uncleaned.. Fishy smell was there... Even wash room was not cleaned.... Food served was very cold... Very bad experience with this cuisine 😤😤 Will never recommend this...
