I heard a lot of good things about this restro-bar. But I must say I'm disappointed beyond belief. Let me point out all the areas I'm disappointed with:
Food - The food quality is not up to the mark. The chicken is undercooked, no spices added, bland.
Service - The staff is not cooperative. We asked to increase the AC temperature multiple times but they never once listened. When asked about food served, they don't explain the dishes served. As a customer I have every right to know how the food is cooked and what is the name of the dish.
The party hall interior is... What should I say? I don't have any words to explain. They need a lot of improvement in this area. The hall is spacious but there is no proper outlet for air exhaustion. If a lot of people are gathered in this hall you will suffer from breathlessness and if someone has chronic illness you will definitely be hit. STAY AWAY FROM THE PARTY HALL. Also the DJ/ VJ (when we had a party it was someone named Nitin?) is not technically sound. He needs to improve his skills in music and songs mixing and choice of songs. Also the speakers are not smooth. You will surely suffer from deafness for some time. The SOUND SYSTEM is the WORST.
The restaurant gives you bad vibes. There is some bad energy I felt (IK most won't believe me with this but trust me) this place gave me bad vibes and the aura is kind of devilish. Something is wrong with this place.
Overall, I'm more than disappointed. I had the worst experience ever, especially with the food. The quality of the food is unparalleled...
Read moreI recently dined at Cobble Street, and I have to say that my experience was rather average. The restaurant offers basic food options and provides service that can be described as just okay.
The menu at Cobble Street is quite limited, and it primarily features standard dishes without much innovation. While the food I ordered was decent in taste, it didn't stand out as exceptional. It seemed like the kind of place you visit when you're looking for a quick and straightforward meal without any culinary surprises.
The service at the restaurant left something to be desired. It was neither exceptionally attentive nor particularly lacking, just somewhere in the middle. The staff was polite but didn't go out of their way to make the dining experience memorable.
One positive aspect I can highlight is the ambiance. Cobble Street has a pleasant setting, which could be a suitable choice for a casual meal with friends or family. The comfortable seating and ambiance did add a bit of charm to the overall experience.
In conclusion, Cobble Street in Nashik is an average restaurant with basic food offerings and service that doesn't go above and beyond. If you're looking for a simple meal in a comfortable setting, it might serve your purpose, but don't expect anything extraordinary in terms of...
Read moreHorrible food, Aweful ambience. You need to be sloshed before tasting their horrible food. Unfortunately we didn’t drink and ordered food which was huge disappointment. Biryani had small rice grains which were bonded instead of being “khila Khila”, paneer sabji has gravy with white paneer on top. When we shared our feedback with the waiter, he told us that’s how biryani is. We then shared the same feedback with the reservation manager who was busy in recording videos for their Instagram page; he had a poker face with no reaction. Forget about acknowledging our feedback, they told us that’s how food is cooked and brought the bill. We immediately paid and left by leaving all the food as clicked and shared along with this review. Image shared shows that we didn’t finish our food. There was no remorse or sense of concern either on the face of waiter who took the order or the so called floor manager.
This was our last visit to this place, I can understand that taste may vary but the approach to a feedback is something which...
