The Foundry — Restaurant in Nashik

It's the first and one of it's kind industrial bar and sports in Nashik. Saturday nights are absolutely lit at this place with artists coming over and setting up the party mood.

The ambiance is pretty casual. With a bar set up in the center and the seating distributed all around,high chairs and couches.

I'd been here for brunch on Republic Day. A special menu was curated to celebrate the 70th Republic Day. The setup of salads and desserts was beautifully done.

They have about 7-8 mocktail options. I tried out peach ice tea and it turned out to be perfect and refreshing.

I Was initially served 2 veg( Veg crispy, paneer Chilli) and 2 nonveg starters ( Reshmi kebab, chicken Tikka). The starters were delicious,not only the Non-vegetarian one's but the vegetarian ones too. Well marianted,well fried and good flavours.

There was a Chaat counter too. i tried Sev Puri and Bhel Puri and absolutely loved it. Crispy and chatpata at the same time.

The salad counter looked very beautiful. It had more than 10 types and each of them was fresh and unique to taste.

In the mains,there were 8 vegetarian and 3 Non-vegetarian dishes.

Coming to the best part- DESSERTS. Creativity at it's best. Loved the fact that they brought across the tricolor in almost each an every item. We like the pastry and the angoori rasgullas.

The Foundry is an industrial themed Sports bar in Hotel BLVD. With it's expansive & well-designed space, The Foundry is a very novel concept in the city of Nashik. Definitely full marks for the ambience here! They have huge booths lined across large windows that make for great seating areas especially for large groups, with plenty of natural light flowing in. They have a well stocked bar and a compact food menu comprising of Indian, Asian and Italian cuisine. A large pool table ensures that the hours flow by! We visited the restaurant for lunch and here's what we tried: Cajun Spiced Potatoes - Perfectly crispy, well seasoned potato wedges served with a 1000 Island dip. Loved this appetizer. Paneer Chilli - The sauce was great, but didn't enjoy the Paneer chunks since they were kinda chewy. Margherita Flatbread - Loaded with marinara sauce, tomato slices, basil and cheese - with a well crisped crust, this one was a winner. We thoroughly enjoyed every bit of this flatbread. Guava Mary - This was a guava based mocktail served in a salt rimmed glass. Extremely tasty. Fresh Orange Juice - Few beverages taste better than a freshly squeezed glass of orange juice. As it was Weekends so we Decided to go The Foundry- Industrial Bar & Sport to spend some good times along with your colleagues after a Hectic schedule from the office...

As it is located on the 2nd Floor of BLVD Nashik which also has Various Nights to Enjoy ourself.

As the Ambience is just Amazing with a Bar counter in Center which is pretty good and attractive to catch your eyes.. it had Multi Types of Seatings Arrangments which are really very classy and luxurious with a Dance floor to move your body. The one Things I loved the most about it was they have a Gaming zone which is very much impressive like A Snooker, Virtual Golf, and a Table Tennis.

So at the Earlier moment, we began with some of the Refreshing Cocktails along with some Appetizers. 1:- Black Bull: It was something Different and Unique. The fusion of blackberry infused with vodka which was good to Taste.

2:- Tequilla Sunrise:- It was Tequilla Based Cocktails which was good to look but we found of lack of essence of Tequilla in it.

3:-Garlic Chicken:- A chicken tossed in Hot Garlic Sauce was good to Eat. If it had a bit more Spicy then it would have Taste Amazing
